Deep tissue Massage
can involve slow strokes with deep pressure up to the clients pain tolerance.This massage style relieves stress and promotes relaxation. Deep tissue massage also relieves pain and muscle stiffness associated with athletic injuries, arthritis, fibromyalgia, muscle spasms, carpal tunnel syndrome, whiplash, lower back pain, stress tension, chronic tension and can also reduce blood pressure.
Myofascial Release
Involves work done to the fascial system with a goal of releasing fascial restrictions. Fascia surrounds and provides structure for the muscles, bones, and organs in the body. Gravity's effects, daily stress of activity and physical injury can pull the fascia out of alignment causing stiffness, discomfort and loss of energy. Myofascial Release is effective for the relief of cervical pain, back pain, fibromyalgia, scoliosis, neurological dysfunction, restriction of motion, chronic pain, headaches and more.
Swedish Massage
Long relaxing strokes with various other tissue relaxing and toxin releasing modalities such as tapotement, effleurage, petrissage, etc.
Sports Massage
Can be used as part of a warm up for the muscles prior to an event or post event. Focusing on enhancing circulation, increasing tissue elasticity and reducing muscle tension.
NMT and Trigger Point Therapy
A balancing of the central nervous system with the musculoskeletal system. Specific pressure is applied to certain points to relieve pain and dysfunction. It is used to eliminate trigger points, ischemic areas in the fascia and muscle, compressed or entrapped nerves, and/or postural imbalance all which can cause referred pain and chronic pain. This modality may restore postural alignment, proper biomechanics, flexibility to the tissues, and assist venous and lymphatic flow. It can also be used to locate and release spasms and hyper contraction in the tissue.
Massage + Cupping

Cupping has been used as an ancient form of alternative medicine. It decompresses soft tissues using vacuum suction with a silicone cup. The cup gently sucks to your skin and lifts underlying soft tissue into the cup. The cups may be left stagnant or moved around unlocking fascia, muscle, increasing blood flow, and releasing toxins. It is combined with traditional massage to create an out of this world body experience.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD or LDT) is a full body (including face & neck) massage involving light pressure and "skin stretching" in certain directions and in rhythmical sequences designed to better lymph fluid circulation and unclog blockages. It can help with healing after surgery, draining stagnant fluids, detoxifying, regenerating tissues, filtering out toxins and foreign substances, and maintaining a healthy immune system.
