Cellulite Release Therapy
What can you and your body create together you’ve never considered?
A Whole-Body Approach to Smoother Skin, Lighter Tissues & Better Flow
Cellulite is not just a surface concern. It is often the result of lymphatic stagnation, fascial restriction, fluid retention, and tissue congestion. Cellulite Release Therapy works with the body as a system, creating conditions that support circulation, tissue mobility, and healthier flow rather than attempting to “fix” the body.
This session is designed to support the body’s natural ability to release what it no longer requires and restore ease, tone, and vitality in the tissues.
What Happens in a Session?
Each session integrates multiple modalities that work together to support lymphatic flow, fascial release, circulation, and tissue health.
Lymphatic Drainage
Primary lymphatic drainage areas are gently stimulated and activated at the beginning of the session and supported throughout.
This encourages the movement and release of:
• excess fluid
• lipids and metabolic waste
• toxins and cellular byproducts
Both superficial and deeper lymphatic pathways are addressed to promote healthier tissue, improved skin appearance, immune support, and the body’s natural ability to return to balance (homeostasis).
Clients often report feeling lighter, less puffy, and more comfortable in their bodies following sessions.
Cupping Therapy
Cupping uses gentle negative pressure to lift and separate tissues rather than compress them.
This technique helps to:
• move accumulated fluids and stagnation
• increase circulation and oxygenation
• soften fascial adhesions that contribute to the appearance of dimpling
By improving tissue mobility and reducing restriction, cupping supports smoother-looking skin and greater ease within the body.
Access Consciousness® Body Processes
Access Body Processes® are hands-on techniques that use specific hand placements on the body while inviting particular energies to run. These processes assist the body in reconnecting with its own innate capacity to function, repair, and regenerate.
The body processes work with energetic limitations and fixed points of view that can contribute to holding patterns, restriction, and stagnation in the tissues.
During cellulite sessions, we use processes that support tissue longevity while inviting greater ease, flow, and responsiveness throughout the body. Many clients notice changes that go beyond the physical appearance of the skin, including how their body feels, moves, and responds over time.
Essential Oils
A customized blend of essential oils is used throughout the session to support the tissues and enhance results.
These oils are selected to:
• promote healthier-looking skin
• reduce puffiness and fluid retention
• support circulation
• encourage detoxification
• provide anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits
They also enhance the sensory experience of the session while supporting the body on a cellular level.
What Results Can I Expect?
Every body is different.
Some clients notice visible changes quickly, while others experience gradual improvements over a series of sessions.
Commonly reported benefits include:
• smoother-looking skin
• reduced puffiness
• lighter, less congested tissues
• improved circulation
• a greater sense of ease and connection with the body
Consistency supports the most noticeable and lasting results.
Is This Right for Me?
Cellulite Release Therapy may be supportive if you are looking to:

• support healthier skin appearance naturally
• address fluid retention or tissue congestion
• complement movement, nutrition, or wellness routines
